Hello, November

November 1. All Saint’s Day. El Dia de los Muertos. Today Halloween is 75% off. Discounted to make room for Christmas.
The house is quiet. Nothing to do except start cleaning up and putting things away. Or curl up on the couch and watch the Spongebob Squarepants marathon.
Hee hee … a worm stole Sandy’s tale. Let’s see how this plays out.
We picked up a DVR this year so November first has become the day to watch all of the specials I missed Halloween night. Well, that and buy clearance Halloween goodies.
I found your site a few weeks ago… Your inspired me. My 14 yr old daughter and I made tombstones, used fog machines etc. and have plans to create our own version of your spooky decorations next year.
You provided great instructions and we sent alot of teens screaming down the walkway.
Thanks again
Christina,
Thanks for the note! You’re the reason that this is so much fun. I love hearing stories like this. Keep creating! And sharing.
Head Spook
I’ve always been good with the personal makeup side of things, but the “how” of props evaded me — and I felt like there had to be a way to make some great looking ground breakers.
I have but one (store bought) groundbreaking zombie — and I really like it — but I needed some more… without having to spend my son’s college money.
So, I luckily stumbled upon your site, and will now be making up my own accessories to fill the yard next year!
Thanks so much for the inspiration! Our neighborhood zombie party will now be a better place!
