On or about the second week of October every year, Snug Harbor becomes Spooky Hollow. You can tell by the orange glow. It actually begins around Labor Day when the indoor "punkin cats" crawl out of their hiding places and climb up into the windows and upon landings like the gargoyles of Notre Dame.
